We offer flat rate shipping on all standard orders within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
- $12.95 for orders under 1.5kg
- $19.95 for orders over 1.5kg
Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, it should arrive to you within 10 business days.
Tracking your order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Returns and Exchanges
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines:

- Full-priced items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, full-priced items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Sustainable Seconds: Due to the unique nature of our Sustainable Seconds collection, these items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Process: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
